This training plan is ideal for those athletes who don’t have a great deal of experience riding their bike, who ride their bike only a few times per week or who don’t have a great deal of time to ride. This plan will help maximize your limited ride time, and can be used regardless of which distance you plan to ride.

The addition of the phone consultation can give you a great head start to your training, and can help answer any questions you have about riding, clothing, nutrition, equipment or anything else.

And the email support can help keep you motivated and “on track” as questions and issues come up as the Ironman gets closer.
